"Erica helped me craft my story and realize not just what I wanted to do for a living but why I wanted to do it. After that, I was able to get personalized recommendations on which firm would best fit my goals and needs."

FAQs
As someone looking for work, when do I pay you?
It may surprise you to know that you do not pay your recruiter. Your recruiter works on commission like a broker where the law firm pays us. No money down. No money given after. 100% mutual benefit. We at The Siena Consulting Group are invested in your future.
What happens after our initial phone call?
If you choose to work with us, you email us your resume, transcript, writing samples (if applicable) and a cover letter which expresses in your own words why you want to do the job you want to do. We email you options as to firms we think would fit your goals. Then after you agree to our suggestions, we submit on your behalf. We speak to the law firms and in-house corporations and advocate for you. Should you be invited to an interview, we schedule, we prep you, and we follow up with them to ensure that success is certain. If an offer is given, we negotiate on your behalf. We are here for you. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference and we help make that happen.
I get the job, what’s next?
Our relationship does not end as soon as you start your new job. We make it a point to keep in touch to hear about everything- the good, the bad, and the gossip. Transitions are tricky and we are here to ensure yours is as easy as it can be. Like therapists, we continue to be here for you on your journey for as long as you need us to be.
