Erica is President of The Siena Consulting Group, where she works with attorneys to assist them on their next career milestone.

As a former T&E practitioner and certified Article 81 guardian, Erica brings her confidentiality, ethics, and fiduciary expertise to help cultivate her client relationships. She takes a consultative approach with her candidates to make sure the next job feels like a home instead of merely a place to work. 

Erica earned her J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law and B.A. in Medieval and Renaissance Studies with a minor in Environmental Policy from Barnard College. She is an active member of the New York Junior League, Harmonie Club of New York, and Brae Burn Country Club. She enjoys Broadway, golf, and needlepoint.

Jenna is a Managing Director where she focuses on candidates in the Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors.

Jenna started her career as an associate at Levy & Tolman, representing landlords, management companies, and lending institutions on transactional real estate matters. Later, she became the Director of Marketing at Silverback Development, employing a pioneered approach to the creation of architecturally distinct properties that enrich the landscape of the NYC markets. She brings to SGC the understanding of corporate matters both on the law firm and in house side of the legal profession.

Jenna earned her J.D. from Hofstra University, School of Law and B.A. in Political Science and Government from Hunter College. She loves her two dogs, football, and cooking shows.

Sarah G. Reich

Sarah is a Managing Director, where she works with Executive Compensation and Employment attorneys, both billable and non-billable, on finding the next chapter of their lives.

Sarah was the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources of Cerberus Capital Management, managing several lines of business, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and benefits. She began her career as a recruiter at Adecco, a global staffing company. Having seen hiring from both sides, here at SGC, Sarah is uniquely positioned to use her expertise to help law firms and lawyers find their happy workplace home.

Sarah earned her Masters in Human Resource Management from New York University and B.A. in Hospitality from Syracuse University. She enjoys playing pickleball, mah jongg, and drinking flavored seltzers.
